Mineral Holding AS has reached an agreement with Fritzøe Energi AS to establish a 50/50 joint venture for the further development of the Sæteråsen deposits.

Fritzøe Energi AS is a subsidiary of the Treschow-Fritzøe Group, which is a partial landowner of the Sæteråsen site and has previously conducted investigations in the area. Mineral Holding AS and Fritzøe Energi AS will therefore pool knowledge, resources and networks to advance the development of the project together.
