Mineral Holding AS has signed an agreement with REE Mining AS for the acquisition of the Sæteråsen, Tørdal and Selvåg projects.

Sæteråsen is an ~8 Mt deposit containing 0.245% Nb, 1.2% Zr and 0.55% TREO, located in Larvik Municipality.

Selvåg in Bø Municipality is a layered intrusion with a estimated ~44+ Mt with 25% Fe, 2.5% Ti and 0.15% V, possibly suitable for high-quality heavy media.

Tørdal has a field of pegmatitic feldspars that might contain economical grades of scandium. The region was previously worked on by Scandium International Mining Corp. Norway AS, which Mineral Holding has acquired.
