Mineral Holding AS and REE Mining AS have signed a collaboration agreement that involves most of REE Mining's exploration assets.

This agreement gives Mineral Holding the right to overtake any of REE Mining's exploration licenses, in exchange for Mineral Holding's early-stage funding and advising on the projects.

REE Mining's portfolio holds several targets of possible economical and critical interest, which will be explored further under Mineral Holding's leadership in the next years.
