The group behind Mineral Holding AS acquired the inactive subsidiary, Scandium International Mining Corp. Norway AS, from their parent company.

This acquisition was made to get access to all of the subsidiary's previous reports and activities in Norway, for then to build the foundation of Mineral Holding.

Mineral Holding are looking forward to further investigate Norway's huge geological potential.
