REE Mining and Mineral Holding collected a 500kg bulk sample from the Sæteråsen deposit with premission from the Landowner. The sample was collected by sledge hammer and the sample were collected from 4 different locations aiming for with ~125 kg each. The collecting took 2 workdays and were transferred to car by backpack in 15-20 kg rounds. Trip ended successfully and will be used in futher metallurgical tests for analysing extraction methods for niobium, zirconium, hafnium and REE.
